Franchise Owner and Florida General Contractor David Gembutis (License No. CBC1256810) brings more than three decades of experience to every home we build. After earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from Southern Illinois University, David built an accomplished career in Florida residential construction with major builders including Pulte Homes, Maronda Homes, Ryland Homes, and D.R. Horton.

In 2005, David served as VP of Construction for Ryland Homes, overseeing $97 million in new construction revenue. Two years later, he launched his own company, completing a wide range of custom and semi-custom homes, large-scale remodels, renovations, additions, and several commercial projects.

David is also a licensed Florida Home Inspector (License No. HI4486), giving him a keen eye for quality, detail, and craftsmanship. His passion for custom home building is reflected in every project we undertake.

Today, David works alongside his fellow Franchise Owner and wife, Geni Gembutis, as well as their daughter, son in law, and an exceptional team of dedicated staff. This collaborative, family centered environment ensures every client feels valued, supported, and cared for throughout the entire building journey.
